Our medium duty paver flatbed trailer has 19' of flatbed and 6' of dovetail. Construction starts with one piece 12" at 16 lb./ft. 80 ksi high tensile main beams. We cold form the tongue in a hydraulic press and use pierced crossmember construction. Oil-bath dually axles, heavy duty slipper spring suspension, and radial tires provide a long lasting and durable running gear. The standard 6' dovetail and 9' bi-fold ramps give a total loading length of 15' for an easy loading angle for paving equipment. The bi-fold ramps each have 4 coil springs to assist easy one man operation. Dual heavy duty 12K drop foot jacks, stake pockets with rub rail, treated flooring, a tool tray with lockable lid, an adjustable hitch height, and a sealed modular wiring harness with lifetime LED lights make this user friendly paver flatbed trailer an industry leader.
