The 50 Ton Air Ride Paver Special is purpose-built for hauling paving equipment and heavy machinery with strength, stability, and operator-friendly features. With a 122,000 lb. G.V.W.R. and a 100,000 lb. capacity in a 12' span or greater, this trailer delivers serious performance in a 24' well configuration. The low-profile tapered front and four cambered main beams, fabricated from 100 KSI (T1) and 80 KSI high tensile steel, provide superior structural integrity while maintaining a 22" loaded deck height for easy loading. Standard air ride suspension, a 3rd air lift axle, and 16.5" x 7" air brakes with 4S/2M ABS ensure a smooth, controlled haul.

The hydraulic removable non-ground bearing gooseneck is wet-line ready and features adjustable load blocks with 89"–107" swing clearance. Additional highlights include full-length heavy-duty load-bearing fenders, 2" oak flooring with center decking, forged D-rings, sliding wood-filled ramps, and a durable Sherwin Williams premium urethane finish over epoxy primer. Built for demanding paving applications, this model combines durability, versatility, and professional-grade components in one dependable package.
