Our heavy duty 38500 GVWR Tri-Axle Paver Flatbed Trailer has 24 ft. of flatbed and 6 ft. of dovetail. Construction begins with massive 14 in. one piece high tensile main beams that upgrade to 26 lb./ft. over the tandem axle model. A paving machine loaded at the front of a flatbed trailer of this length adds significant stress in the frame and tongue area. This massive frame is designed to take this stress and still give the full expected service life. The tongue is cold formed in a hydraulic press. We use pierced crossmember frame construction. Three 10,000 lb. oil-bath electric brake dual axles, heavy duty slipper spring suspension, and 16 in. radial tires provide a long lasting and durable running gear. Spring loaded 9 ft. bi-fold ramps are standard. However most customers upgrade to the optional 8 ft, hydraulic ramps to load the heavier paving equipment this trailer is capable of hauling. Dual heavy duty 12,000 lb.drop foot jacks, stake pockets with rub rail, treated flooring, a tool tray with lockable lid, and an adjustable hitch height are included features. A US made sealed modular wiring harness with lifetime LED lights makes this heavy duty 38500 GVWR Tri-Axle Paver Flatbed Trailer a great choice for the paving contractor when an electric brake axle trailer is needed.
