Trailer Description
Our Wedge style car trailers are state of the art and have become the standard of the industry. Kaufman Wedge car trailers make up about 2/3rds of the 3 and 4 car trailers on US highways. This standard 4-car trailer model will carry 4 small cars with flip outs front and rear, which give 56 ft. of usable load area. It is constructed with a lightweight, hi-tensile tubing frame and heavy ridged mesh runners which reduce weight and wind drag, while giving good loading traction in inclement weather. Frame upgrades are included over the 3-car model to carry the extra load of a fourth vehicle. Standard running gear on this model is 3-7,000 lb. axles with slipper spring suspension and 16″ radial tires. Tying down your load is quick and easy with the 16 tie-down ratchets and over the tire straps that are included. Spare tire is also included as standard. This durable 4-car car trailer works well with today’s 1-ton pickups.
