Kaufman Trailers Standard model Light Duty Dump Trailers are available in 5 by 10, 6 by 10, and 6 by 12 bed sizes. The sides are 18″ tall. The frames, depending on capacity, are 4″, 5″, or 6″ channel. Lifting and dumping action is provided by one 3.5 in. by 30 in. single ram cylinder or two 2.5″x24″ dual ram cylinders depending on model. Running gear is 3.5K, 4K axles or 5.2K axles with 4-wheel brakes depending on model. The barn door style rear doors allow unobstructed dumping of trash, landscaping mulch, or whatever else you are hauling. These are ideal trailers for the homeowner or handy man who needs a “just the right size” trailer for a half ton pickup or SUV. They are built with the same quality craftsmanship and attention to details as our heavier dumpers.

Our Deluxe Light Duty Dump Trailers are offered in a 10,000 GVW rating. The bed size is 10 ft. x 72 in. An optional 12 ft. x 72 in. size is also offered. The frame is 6″ channel with a 5″ channel tongue. The sides are 24″ tall with board holders that will accept sideboards. Running gear is 5.2K axles with 4-wheel brakes and 225/75 R15 radial tires. Our best options are combined in a package deal that includes scissor lift, combination barn doors and spreader tailgate, adjustable coupler, 7,000 lb. drop foot jack, and a U.S. made sealed modular wiring harness with lifetime LED lighting.
