Trailer Description
Kaufman’s heavy duty 16000 GVWR Deluxe Flatbed Trailer is built with a 10 in. I-beam mainframe. Crossmember spacing is 18 in. centers on the 3 in. channel cross-members with 6″ outer rails. This trailer has 18 ft. of flatbed with a 4 ft. dovetail and 5 ft. cleated swing up ramps for easy loading of equipment. The ramps are beefed up to 4 in. channel ramp frame runners. If ordered with the lay flat ramps, the dovetail is 6′ of the total trailer length. The tongue is cold formed in a hydraulic press for a one-piece main frame and tongue with stacked crossmembers. Two 7,000 lb. electric brake axles with heavy duty slipper spring suspension, and 16 in. radial tires provide a durable and long lasting gear. The lighting package upgrades to a US made sealed modular wiring harness with lifetime LED lighting. This Deluxe model includes a tool tray with a lockable lid. A heavy duty 12,000 lb. drop foot jack, stake pockets on the rub rail, treated wood flooring and an adjustable pintle ring on a heavy duty nose-plate complete the package deal on this 16000 GVWR Deluxe Flatbed Trailer.

A very popular option for this 16000 GVWR Deluxe Flatbed Trailer is our SUPER DUTY axle/tire upgrade. This includes general duty 8,000 lb. axles and load range H 17.5″ tires on heavy duty wheels. The 8,000 lb. axles feature thicker, high tensile axle beam, larger bearings, and 5/8″ studs.
